Our products have obtained higher reputation among our customers due to the good quality. But recently, we have found that some markets and websites display our Cayin products without series number or uncompleted series number. Those products are indeterminate of origin. This situation interferes with our normal market arrangement. It makes the consumer suffering a lot and infringements the credit and reputation of Cayin product seriously.

To remind our consumer specially:

1. PLS buy our products in our authorized distributors. If you are not sure who is your local authorized distributor please check it in our homepage, or call (0756)3828711, fax (0756)3828722 and email John@sparkaudio.com

2. Each product has its exclusive series number. Please ensure the products having exactly same series number in packing carton, back panel of product and guarantee form before you buy it. Any products without or uncompleted series number are regarded as fake commodity. We will not offer our after sales service to such fake commodity.

3. To enjoy our after sales service only if the guarantee card is sent to our company with card filled and stamped by our authorized dealer.

4. Any Cayin products bought from Internet could not enjoy our after service. All the companies selling Cayin products in Internet are not our distributors authorized. We could not guarantee any promise to the quality or after service of products sold in Internet for such products of unclear origin.

5. Please don't hesitate to contact us (email to John@sparkaudio.com) if you discover any fake Cayin product. You will be offered encouragements whenever your information is confirmed.
